Our Training Programs

Induction

When you join our team, you'll become part of our Milestones Training program from day one. This program ensures that you receive consistent one-on-one support and training as you embark on your career with us. Your initial 3-day induction training combines classroom theory and practical workshops, equipping you with the essential tools for your role at Absolute Teaching. You'll also gain insights into the rewards and recognition you can expect upon meeting your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which encompass sales targets and team objectives.

Milestones

As part of our team, you'll be paired with a dedicated mentor and buddy who will assist you with your daily inquiries. Over your first three months, you'll receive personalized one-on-one training tailored to your specific needs and Professional Development Plans (PDPs). Beyond this period, you'll continue to have access to ongoing support and guidance to help you achieve your Milestones KPIs.

Milestones to Management

At Absolute Teaching, we offer formal Career Progression Development programs to acknowledge our employees' aspirations for growth within the organization. In 2021, we launched the 'Milestones to Management' program, an 18-month journey that has already proven highly successful. This program provides our staff with deeper insights into various aspects of the business, with a focus on areas such as Compliance, Finance, Leadership, and Marketing.
